Meetings of The Town Council are held each month, generally on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.00 pm and are open to the public.

Separate Planning Committee Meetings are held as necessary and are also advertised on the noticeboards. These Committee meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of the month at 7.00 pm and are held at the Carlton Colville Town Council Office at Hall Road.
